Tiedoksi Jääkiekon Pelaajayhdistyksen jäsenille oheinen IIHF:n Urheilijakomiteaa (perustettu helmikuussa 2013) koskeva tiedote sekä pyyntö osallistua sääntömuutoksia koskevaan kyselyyn (teksti + linkit kyselyyn löytyvät alapuolelta).

Pelaajayhdistys lupautui toimittamaan materiaalin tiedoksi yhdistyksen jäsenille Suomen Jääkiekkoliiton pyynnöstä.

Kyselyyn osallistuminen on luonnollisesti vapaaehtoista, mutta ehdottomasti toivottavaa.

Kyselyn vastaukset pyydetään lähettämään viimeistään 30.11.2013.

Dear Athlete

Since February 2013 the International Ice Hockey Federation has established an Athletes Committee that will represent the players around the globe in all discussions about international hockey, player’s safety and many more. Our group under the guidance of  Mr. Vladislav Tretiak is composed of actual and former top athletes with years of experience in our sport; Angela Ruggiero, Sergey Fedorov, Sean Burke, Jaroslav Spacek and Philippe Bozon.

At the moment discussions about rule changes are taking place; rules that should be integrated into the new rule book being effective as of July 1 2014. For this reason we need your input in as many fields as possible to detect the most urgent needs of rule changes in our sport from the optic of the players.

We are thankful for your participation in this survey and we will make sure that your opinions are well represented within international hockey and the hockey family. Should you have any questions, concerns or suggestions, please don’t hesitate to share them with us by sending an email to info(at)iihf-athletes.com.
